Position: Tennis Coach

📍 Location: Lisbon - Monsanto and Instituto Superior de Agronomia Academies

Who we are:
Grow Tennis Academy is a rapidly expanding project with over 400 students and academies in Sintra, Monsanto, and the Instituto Superior de Agronomia. We are committed to elevating and valuing the role of the coach, recognizing their importance in shaping young athletes and contributing to the success of our methodology.

What we expect from you:
🌟 Conduct lessons with professionalism and dedication, adapting instruction to the needs of the students.
🕒 Teach primarily in the afternoons during the week and Saturday mornings, with the possibility of private lessons in the mornings.
🎯 Contribute to the continuous improvement of the academy’s methods and practices.

Ideal profile:
✅ Relevant certification in teaching or coaching (Level 1 or in progress).
✅ Dynamism, team spirit, and excellent communication skills.
✅ Determination, curiosity, and a passion for teaching and learning.
